A layer of aluminum is sandwiched between the two for even heat distribution. The handles on All-Clad's Cop-R-Chef cookware are 18/10 stainless steel and are securely attached with two heavy-duty noncorrosive steel rivets. Handles are ergonomically designed for balance and stay cool over heat. Lids fit snugly on pots to lock in heat and flavors.
