All-Clad Copper Core Stockpots

All-Clad’s Copper-Core is the newest addition to their full line of premium cookware. This superb cookware line is the crowning achievement from All-Clad. Their Copper Core product line combines the high efficiencies of copper and the durability and low maintenance of stainless steel into one beautifully crafted design. A core of pure copper runs along the bottom and all the way up the sidewalls. The copper core allows for rapid, even heating with no hot spots, and the easy-to-clean, stainless steel cooking surface resists sticking. Copper Core's rolled edges help prevent dripping when transferring contents and also provide a perfect fit with lids to help lock in flavor and heat. The long, stay-cool, stainless steel handle is permanently attached with stainless steel rivets and provides excellent balance. Like the interior, the stainless steel exterior is stick-resistant and easy to clean. All-Clad Copper-Core is not recommended for dishwasher use.
