All-Clad Stainless 10" Open Stir-Fry

Constructed of three permanently bonded layers of metal (an exterior of magnetic stainless steel that spreads the heat quickly and evenly with no hot spots to ruin your food, an inner layer of pure aluminum that's one of the best conductors of heat, and an 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface that will not interfere with the flavors or appearance of the foods). Great for stir-frying, steaming and sautéing. Designed to perform on all conventional ranges as well as induction cooktops, the pan is completely dishwasher safe, though hand washing is always recommended.
