This commercial-style griddle features a large, heavy-cast cooking area that measures 21 x 12-inches, affording you lots of space for cooking bacon and eggs, pancakes and sausages, burgers and hot dogs. It has a nonstick cooking surface and two, cool-touch, stainless steel handles. A tray below catches any excess grease then easily removes for efficient cleaning. The professional griddle is equipped with 1500 watts, has a three-prong cord and heats up to 425 degrees.
