The large buffet style base holds three 2.5 quart stainless steel pans and bubble lids which allow for more food space. The clear tops let you see food without lifting lids which fit securely to lock in heat and keep food fresh longer. The base also doubles as a warming tray and has an adjustable thermostat which ranges from 155-200 degrees Fahrenheit.
