Gaggia Milk Island

The Milk Island is Gaggia’s latest answer to milk frothing. It is clean, consistent and easy to use. The Milk Island is an optional unit for the Gaggia Platinum Espresso Machines that is connected to the coffee machine and becomes part of the steam system. Just pour the milk in the jug, turn the steam knob and the machine does the rest. The result: creamy frothed and steamed milk, perfect for a traditional café style cappuccino. The Milk Island can be cleaned easily and has a total capacity of 13-1/2 ounces or 0.4 liters.
