Every one of our boards is hand-crafted. Once each piece of Camphor Laurel is air and kiln dried over a 12 month period, it is then accessed to evaluate the best board to 'extract' from that particular piece of timber. This evaluation process is based on the timbers grain flows, grain color, and imperfections. The result is a spectacular cutting board that is truly unique.
