John Boos Platter Board

The northern hard rock maple of the Boos Block Platter Board from John Boos has a mineral oil/ beeswax finish that ensures the surface stays looking great for years. Edge grain construction keeps bacteria from penetrating the wood and also resists nicks and gouges from knives. Rounded corners give the board a stylish touch, and a notched grip lets you carry the board as a platter. Reverse the board to cut on either side.
