The Nonstick Dual Knife by Kuhn Rikon is a 2-in-1 utility knife and tomato knife. Its two sides have a sharp carbon steel blade with a nonstick coating. Hold it one way to use the serrated edge for slicing tomatoes. Flip it over and use the other side as a regular utility knife to cut vegetables, meats and cheeses.
