J.A. Henckels Twin Select 2 Piece Mincing Set

This two piece mincing set is great for quick chopping of herbs and spices.

Set includes 5" double mezzaluna mincing knife and 8" hardwood herb board. The mincing knife has a brushed stainless steel handle and its blade has been manufactured with the unique Friodur ice-hardening process. The edge will retain its sharpness for a very long time. The wood board measures 8" square with a 7 1/2" hollowed out center that compliments the arch of the mincing knife.
