UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii. We charge you the actual price that you pay for shipping. We do not charge you any handling fees or any other "extra" shipping costs. To see your shipping costs, please go to the order from and fill out your shipping information and preferred shipping method. When you move onto the billing page, your actual shipping costs will be displayed for you in your order total. Items over 150 pounds may have additional shipping charges added and may not be eligible for free shipping offers. Free Shipping offers are valid only on orders shipped via UPS Ground within the contiguous 48 states. Any other method will be charged for shipping. If you choose U.P.S. as your shipping method you will receive an email from us that will allow you to track your order all the way to your door.
Yahoo’s computer always assumes that your entire order will be shipped in one box. If this is not possible, then we will add $5 to cover some of the extra charge associated with more than one box.
We will give shipping charges to you via e-mail for shipment outside of the United States and request your approval prior to shipment. Some items are not available for shipment out of the contiguous United States. Orders must have a US billing address.
We cannot be responsible for delivery or timing of Priority Mail orders since we have no control or tracking from the Postal Service. If you desire tracking and a guarantee of delivery within 3 days, you should use either Next Day, Second Day, or Three Day Select from U.P.S.

We usually will fill your order the same day you order. If there is a wait of more than 5 days, we will notify you by EMAIL. Shipping times are approximate and are not guaranteed.
Free shipping offers are valid on orders shipped via UPS Ground, inside the 48 contiguous states only. We must charge extra for Priority Mail, Hawaii and Alaska.

If you receive a broken or damaged item please call U.P.S at 800-PICK-UPS and file a claim. They will contact us within a day and we will send you a replacement. U.P.S. will arrange to pick up your product. Insurance coverage of up to $100 per item is included with your order. If you would like excess coverage for a nominal charge include this request in the comments section of your order.
Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a charge $6.95 per item.
On items that are direct shipped from a warehouse other than ours, gift wrapping is not available and is not refundable. Please feel free to call us at 866-233-6587, for any inquiries about gift wrap.

Any product can be returned in NEW SALEABLE unopened condition within 30 days by prepaid freight or postage for a full refund less shipping charges. You must call 909-596-0511 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number prior to returning your item. Any return that does not have a return authorization number on the outside of the package will be refused. Items refused will only be refunded merchandise charges and will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and Gift Wrapping are never refunded. You must call or write us for return authorization and shipping instructions for items shipped directly from drop ship manufacturers.
Placing an order on our web site signifies that you agree to the following return conditions:
Products may be returned within 30 days of shipment by PrePaid freight or postage. In order to return any item you must call us at 909-596-0511 to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Any packages without return authorization numbers will be refused. Returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the packaging and original contents included. No credit will be given for items returned after 30 days or not in NEW SALEABLE condition with all packing material included. If you return your order, you will be charged shipping (if package was shipped under a free shipping promotion, actual shipping charge will be applied), gift wrapping (if used) and a 15% restocking fee. Allow 6 to 8 weeks before inquiring about return credits. We can not respond to inquiries before that time and by using our site you agree not to dispute the charges for returned items until 8 weeks after receipt by us. Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless we shipped an incorrect item or an error was made on our part. You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns including defective items and damaged items over $100. We will pay for the shipping back to you on a replacement for a defective item. (Defective items are extremely rare). Please clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your return (next to the shipping label is best). Please include a copy of your invoice and the form below. Please clearly indicate the reason for your return. Returns will not be processed without a Return Authorization Number and documentation including order number, address, credit card number, expiration date and reason for return.
Items shipped directly from a manufacturer (direct shipped) will be charged 30% restocking fee on the total amount, unless they are defective, due to the costs we must incur. If you want to know if an item is drop shipped before you order you MUST call or email us. In order to return a direct shipped item you must call us for a return authorization number and specific directions for return or no credit will be issued on these items. You must then pay to have the item shipped back to you. Due to the nature and timing of direct shipped items from manufacturers, returning a direct shipped item to us without a return authorization number will result in no possible refund. ANY Free Shipping Item returned for any reason is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee under any condition.
Returns without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER clearly marked on the box will be refused. Please return merchandise by a traceable method such as U.P.S. How to Place an Order at www.FactoryDirect2you.com
www.FactoryDirect2you.com uses a shopping cart, which is the location where you compile your order.
To place an order at our Online Store you will need to use the shopping cart. Once you are satisfied with your order, proceed to checkout, where you will actually buy your item.
Filling a Shopping Cart
Find the item(s) you would like to purchase by using our catalog. You may use our search engine or browse by product category. To use the search engine, simply enter what you are looking for and press search. To browse, click on one of the product categories, located in the top left hand corner of the entrance page.
When you find an item you would like to order in a product category (a list with several items), simply select a quantity and press the Order button. This will add that item to your Shopping Cart. To see more information about the item before you buy, click on the name of the item.
When you find an item you would like to order from the product page, click on the Order button. This will add that item to your Shopping Cart.
Each time you add an item to your Shopping Cart, the item will appear in your shopping cart, located in the left hand navigation bar.
