Made of 18/10 stainless steel - both the inside and outside layers - and handles are chrome plated solid brass. Lid is insulated and convex to collect moisture and return it to food as you finish the cooking process. Wide rims allow dripless pouring. Snap-on serving base is also stainless. Pans are so versatile and can be used for frying, steaming, boiling, stewing and slow cooking. 6" Diameter. Made in Switzerland.
