Orders received by noon EST usually ship same day unless otherwise stated, although some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We usually will fill your order the same day you order. We cannot guarantee that direct shipped orders will ship in a timely manner. If an item is backordered you will be notified by email. If there is a wait of more than 10 days, we will notify you by email. Shipping times are approximate and are not guaranteed.

We charge you the actual price that you pay for shipping. We do not charge you any handling fees or any other "extra" shipping costs. To see your shipping costs, add your item(s) to the shopping cart and use our UPS shipping calculator by entering your shipping ZIP code and state. The shipping calculator will display the costs of the UPS methods available. If your order qualifies for a free shipping offer, the charges will be removed automatically or apply the coupon code in the shopping cart to see the total after shipping charges are removed. Items over 150 pounds may have additional shipping charges added and may not be eligible for free shipping offers. Free Shipping offers are valid only on orders shipped via UPS Ground within the contiguous 48 states. Any other method will be charged for shipping. We reserve the right to add shipping charges to any order that is not qualified under these terms. You will be notified before any shipping charge is added.
If you choose UPS as your shipping method you will receive an email from us that will allow you to track your order all the way to your door.
Yahoo’s computer always assumes that your entire order will be shipped in one box. If this is not possible, then we will add $5 to cover some of the extra charge associated with more than one box.
We will give shipping charges to you via e-mail for shipment outside of the United States and request your approval prior to shipment. Some items are not available for shipment out of the contiguous United States. Orders must have a US billing address.
We cannot be responsible for delivery or timing of USPS Priority Mail orders since we have no control or tracking from the Postal Service. If you desire tracking and a guarantee of delivery within 3 days, you should use either Next Day, Second Day, or Three Day Select from UPS
Please enter addresses carefully as we must pass on the extra charge ($14.00) that UPS imposes for incorrect addresses.
Free shipping offers are valid on orders shipped via UPS Ground, inside the 48 contiguous states only. We must charge extra for Priority Mail, Hawaii and Alaska.
If you inquire about your order, please include your order number.
If you receive a broken or damaged item please call UPS at 800-PICK-UPS and file a claim. They will contact us within a day and we will send you a replacement. UPS will arrange to pick up your product. Insurance coverage of up to $100 per item is included with your order. If you would like excess coverage for a nominal charge include this request in the comments section of your order.
www.FactoryDirect2you.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Please note that International Checkout places your order with www.FactoryDirect2you.com on your behalf and is responsible for all billing, shipping, and customer service issues related to your order.
To place an international order:

International Shipping Time in Transit:
International Checkout will get your items to your doorstep as quickly as possible. STANDARD SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 8-20 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available during checkout.
Orders placed through International Checkout are not eligible for return due to the cost and restrictions involved with shipping overseas. Most of the products that are available at www.FactoryDirect2you.com come with a manufacturer warranty as www.FactoryDirect2you.com only deals with trusted manufacturers. In the event an item arrives with manufacturer defects it will be covered (repaired or replaced) according to the manufacturer's warranty policy. Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a charge $7.95 per item.

Most products may be returned in NEW RE-SALEABLE condition within 30 days by prepaid freight or postage for exchange or full refund less shipping costs. You must call 909-596-0511 or email Return@www.FactoryDirect2you.com to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number prior to returning your order. Refused deliveries will be subject to original shipment costs as well as return shipment costs. Any packages without FactoryDirect2you return authorization numbers may be refused. Returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the packaging and original contents included. No credit will be given for items returned after 30 days or not in NEW RE-SELLABLE condition with all packing material included. Returns will only be refunded merchandise charges and will be charged a minimum restocking fee of $10.00 or up to, but not limited to 30%. Shipping and Gift Wrapping are not refundable. You must call or write us for return authorization and shipping instructions for items shipped directly from drop ship manufacturers. If an item is defective we will replace it at no additional cost and will pay to have the defective unit returned. If no replacement is accepted then regular return policies take effect and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees as well as the cost of the original shipment and any restock fees.
Placing an order on our web site signifies that you agree to the following return conditions:
Holiday Return Extension - Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, as most customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.
Items shipped between October 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015 may be returned until January 31, 2016 for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions listed below.
Products may be returned within 30 days of shipment by PrePaid freight or postage. Credit will be given to the original billing account. Any gift item shipped from www.FactoryDirect2you.com may be returned by the gift recipient for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future www.FactoryDirect2you.com order. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. In order to return any item you must submit a request for return online, call us at 866-233-6587 or email Return@www.factorydirect2you.com to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Any packages without return authorization numbers may be refused. Returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the packaging and original contents included. No credit will be given for items returned after 30 days or not in NEW RE-SALEABLE condition with all packing material included.
**If you return your order without exchange, you will be charged shipping (if package was shipped under a free shipping promotion, you will be responsible for the actual delivery and return shipping fees incurred), gift wrapping (if used) and a minimum restocking fee of $10.00 or up to, but not limited to 30%. Refused deliveries may be subject to original shipment costs as well as return shipment costs. Orders cancelled before shipment will be subject to credit card processing fees.
Allow 2 to 3 weeks before inquiring about return credits. By using our site you agree not to dispute the charges for returned items until 4 weeks after receipt by us. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless we shipped an incorrect item or an error was made on our part. We will pay for the shipping back to you on a replacement for a defective item. (Defective items are extremely rare). Please clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your return (next to the shipping label is best). Please include a copy of your invoice and the form below. Please clearly indicate the reason for your return. Returns will not be processed without a Return Authorization Number and documentation including order number, address and reason for return.
Items shipped directly from a manufacturer (direct shipped) will be charged up to, but not limited to a 30% restocking fee on the total amount, unless they are defective. If you want to know if an item is drop shipped before you order you MUST call or email us. In order to return a direct shipped item you must submit a request for return online or call us at 866-233-6587 for a return authorization number and specific directions for return or no credit will be issued on these items. You must then pay to have the item shipped back to the shipper. Due to the nature and timing of direct shipped items from manufacturers, returning a direct shipped item to us without a FactoryDirect2you Return Authorization Number will result in no refund. Customer agrees to the above terms by virtue of placing an order on our site and receiving an email confirmation.

How to Place an Order at www.FactoryDirect2you.com
www.FactoryDirect2you.com uses a shopping cart, which is the location where you compile your order.
To place an order at our Online Store you will need to use the shopping cart. Once you are satisfied with your order, proceed to checkout, where you will actually buy your item.
Filling a Shopping Cart
Find the item(s) you would like to purchase by using our catalog. You may use our search engine or browse by product category. To use the search engine, simply enter what you are looking for and press search. To browse, click on one of the product categories, located in the top left hand corner of the entrance page.
When you find an item you would like to order from the product page, click on the "Add to Cart" button. This will add that item to your Shopping Cart.
Each time you add an item to your Shopping Cart, the item will appear in your shopping cart, located in the top right corner of each web page..
If you would like to continue shopping after adding an item to your shopping cart, click the "Continue" button at the lower left of the Shopping Cart.
