The Newest in Zero gravity massage chairs, designed with a set of S-track which contours your body for a consistent and lifelike massage. The Osaki OS-4000 is equipped with a computer body scan for the back and legs which adjusts to most body types, specializing on the neck, shoulder, and lumbar area. The OS-4000 is designed with twin rollers to mimic the feel of human hands, thereby enhancing the massage experience. Thirty-two air bags around the neck, shoulder, back, seat, arms, palms, soles for extra comfort as it cradles the body like a glove for increased massage comfort. Automatically detecting the curves of the body allowing it to make micro adjustments, which brings a more lifelike experience. Featuring six unique auto programs: Healthcare, Relax, Smart, Circulation, Demo and Therapy. Full Air Automatic massage for the upper body (the shoulder, neck, back and the lumbar); the lower body (buttock, thigh, calves and the feet). Manual massage settings are setup for the upper body with three options, Full, Partial and Spot. Six massage methods are applied which are Rolling, Kneading, Tapping, Clapping, Shiatsu, and Swedish. Which also feature five levels of speed intensity, and three kinds of width adjustments. The buttocks area offers a vibration massage that is bubble-like for rhythmic vibration that helps as added comfort and slight rotation. Heating therapy is located in the lumbar area. It comes complete with an auto-sensor button to scan the soles for a comfortable fit and extend its leg-rest to accommodate various heights. The LCD remote comes with a mini-controller, that controls the recline and legs adjustments. Timer for massage comes in 5 increments; 5-30 minutes.

3 Year Rock Solid Warranty / Parts & Labor Warranty
This NON-TRANSFERRABLE Warranty is provided by Osaki Massage Chairs.
We guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first THREE(3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.
What is covered:
  • This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair.
  • This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
  • This warranty includes parts costs covered for the second year at no cost to the customer.
  • Structural framework on selected products carries an additional one(1) year of warranty for a total three(3) years.
  • The additional extended warranties includes parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.
Optional Extended Warranty:
  • For an additional $149.00: The customer can get an extended 1year on parts & labor. Equaling up to a 4 year warranty, which means 4 years on parts and 2 years on labor.
  • Also for an additional one time full sum of $249.00: The customer can get an extended 2 year warranty on parts & labor. Equaling up to a 5 year warranty, which means 5 years on parts and 3 years on labor.
What is NOT covered:
  • This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred.
  • This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including Velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse.
  • The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
Implied Warranty & Other Damages:
  • Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 1 year portion of this limited warranty, and with regard to structural framework, limited to the duration of the 3 year portion of this limited warranty.
  • By making a purchase, you agree that Osaki MassageChairs. will not be liable for any items damaged and/or lost while en route to the specified address. Any claims for such loss or damage must be addressed and resolved with the designated carrier.
  • In no case will Osaki MassageChairs. be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.
